Conditions of Sale Description

Guarantee:

Unless sold AS IS, HMC will accept within 30 days from shipment any machinery and equipment sold with return privilege, freight prepaid, for refund of the purchase price if proven mechanically unsatisfactory; or repair at dealer’s option. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges. This guarantee applies only to machines, which we own. The machine must be returned in the same condition that it left HMC’s warehouse. HMC shall not be responsible for any damages done by truckers, riggers, or other parties. Machines damaged in shipping are not covered under the return privilege. Any machine sold AS IS means there is no warranty, guarantee or return privilege. All AS IS sales are final, no refunds.

Terms:

We accept cash, check from US banks and wire transfer, Visa or Master Card with order. All machines are quoted Loaded on Truck Our Warehouse York, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise stated. All machines offered are subject to prior sale and prices quoted are exclusive of any government sales tax. Machinery descriptions are intended as a guide only and their accuracy is not guaranteed. Machines paid via credit card require a 5% transaction fee and are subject to a restocking charge if returned.

Conditions:

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof. Quotations subject to change without notice. All agreements and/or contracts made by salesmen or representatives are subject to approval by Home Office – Hildebrand Machinery Co., Inc.

Machine Safety:

It is the buyers and user’s responsibility to provide proper safety devices, training and equipment to safeguard the operator from harm for any particular use, operation or set up, and to adequately safeguard the machine, or machines, to conform to all Federal, State and Local Government Safety Standards and All Industry Safety Standards.

Indenification:

User agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Seller of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agents to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations available from the original manufacturer, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

Tooling

Payment Terms:

Payment in full before shipping. Cash, wire transfer or company check are welcome. All Credit Card purchases require a 5% add on charge.

Packing:

Listed price does NOT include any packaging/skidding fees. The packing fee schedule is as follows:

Tool holders and small items: $10 each.

Small angle plates, lathe chucks and vises etc that can ship in boxes via UPS/FedX/DHL/etc.: $25

Any item or quantity of similar items that has to be skidded due to weight and shipped via common carrier over the road truck: $75 per skid

Minimum crating fee any item: $150 (crating at buyers request only) otherwise items will be skidded only.

Packaging and shipping will be added to the invoice.

Shipping:

Most items can be shipped via UPS/FedX/etc. Shipping charges will be calculated by HMC and added to the bill for prepayment.

Or, you can pick up your purchase at our warehouse during normal business hours, no charge.

HMC reserves the right to ship quantities of small items in multiple packages.

Conditions:

Most items with the exception of cutting tools have a 10 day return privilege. Returned items must be sent back freight prepaid.

Items must be received in the same condition in which they were sold. Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received by HMC and checked for condition. Sales tax, shipping and packaging fees are not refundable.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund issued.
